Telemarketing Representative Job Purpose:
Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.

Telemarketing Representative Job Duties:

  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
