You can set up your account profile and preferences at any point.  If for some reason you need to change something in your profile or preferences you can do that at any time by clicking on "Account Settings".  The account profile section enables you to enter your job positng and billing contact information.  The preferences section enables you to create your settings for things such as job posting notifications, resume search criteria, and apply online method.
